The Keep website's first screen: "Your team. Your agents. One shared workspace." in white and amber over Keep's Home screen in the dark theme
The opening pairs the site's main message with a recorded product view, so visitors can see what the workspace contains.

The challenge

Keep is a project workspace for teams and their AI agents. The website had to explain that shared way of working, show the interface, and make the path to access clear.

We compared five working directions with the same content. The final site combines a dark setting for product films with a clear headline hierarchy, then gives Product, Pricing, Trust, and Access their own pages. This study covers the website; the app has its own design story.

Warm sand separates the product chapters from the dark opening. The light-theme recordings introduce the records and controls within each chapter.

We paired large headlines with recorded product views.

Design direction

Keeping the content consistent made the five directions comparable. We chose record cards, dark surfaces, and scroll sequences from Cinematic Night, with large, tightly set headlines from Swiss System. The roles are distinct: the headline introduces the idea, and the product view supplies detail. Amber connects the website to the app.

The Editorial prototype: a large serif headline on white
The Workspace prototype: the site laid out as an app shell with a sidebar and a board
The Warm Studio prototype: paper record cards with a stamp and handwritten notes on sand
Editorial, Warm Studio, and Workspace test different ways to introduce the same product. These archived directions show the alternatives; the final site uses the Cinematic and Swiss combination.

A shared opening connects the product, trust, and access pages.

The Home page: "Your team. Your agents. One shared workspace." over Keep's Home screen
The pages share a headline hierarchy and framing, while their content changes with the visitor's question: what Keep does, how it is offered, or how to get access.
The phone layouts keep the headline and page action near the opening. Sign in remains in the header, while the product media follows the narrower reading order.

Shared components carry the design into each page.

Design implementation

Recorded app films show the interface rather than a separate set of marketing mockups. The capture documentation records a refresh for the v2.6 interface; future product changes still need a new recording pass. Shared type, surface, and spacing rules carry the website across its pages. The documented accessibility and layout checks cover specific viewports; the visual system remains shared across the pages.

The closing example follows one request through a requirement, a task, a work session, and an update. It explains the relationship between records; it is a composed website sequence rather than a recorded transaction.
