Design systems: One source of truth for every screen.

The service

We turn a drifting interface into one source of truth: tokens, components, and rules, documented in Storybook and shipped as packages. New screens start finished instead of from a blank file.

For Teams whose screens have drifted apart, and products about to add a second app or brand

The system we built

  • Two Company OS home screens from one HDL composition, in two brand themes, on indigoProduct

Company OS : Humanely’s company apps and member portal, connected by a shared interface system

What you get

  • An audit, with counts

Before we change anything, we count where your interface drifts, so you can see the problem in numbers.

  • Tokens

Design tokens for color, type, spacing, and motion, named so designers and engineers mean the same thing.

  • Components in code

Components built in code and documented in Storybook, shipped as packages your engineers install, not files they copy.

  • Rules for when to use what

Written rules, so new screens start finished instead of from a blank file.

How a design system project runs

Every service starts with discovery and includes weekly reviews in the browser.

  1. Audit

We review the screens you ship today and count where color, type, spacing, and components drift.

You get An audit of where your interface drifts, with counts

  2. Tokens

We set the tokens for color, type, spacing, and motion, and agree them with your team.

You get Design tokens your team agrees on

  3. Components

We build the components in code and document each one in Storybook. You review them in the browser every week.

You get Components in code, documented in Storybook

  4. Ship

We publish the packages and write the rules for when to use what.

You get Packages, rules, and the design history

The fine print.

It depends on the scope. We give you a schedule once the scope is agreed, and we review progress with you every week.

You do. At handover, you own the brand files, the source design files, the design tokens, the code, and the design history, in formats any team can build from. Working with reLabs afterward is an option, never a requirement.

Yes. We design in code, so we can work in your repository, follow your conventions, and hand over components your engineers can extend. Or reLabs can build it for you.

Has your interface drifted?

Tell us what you ship today. We'll reply and take it from there.
